Aren't they already pretty fuel efficient? Anyways only way I could see helpin a newer truck would be a custom tune

getting about 20 mpg on the city GREAT FOR A TRUCK .... just looking for Evan more improvement. thinking about a 4-6 inch lift any idea how that well hurt the mpg ??

Depends on tire size. Prolly gonna drop you to 14-15 easily
