Default Battery has a charge, but truck doesn't start

2006 Silverado 1500 LS.
While I was driving, I noticed that I lost all power in my gas pedal so I looked at the tachometer and saw my RPM's drop to zero. So I turned my truck off and now it will not start.
My first thought was the battery, but it has a full charge. Then I checked the fuel pump, fuses, alternator, starter, and checked the computer with the OBD II. After all of that, I took off my air intake and saw oil in the manifold.
For a little bit of back-story, about a week before it broke down, my coolant started leaking for no reason. My reservoir tank would be empty about twice a day and only leaked after my engine cooled off. The morning my truck broke down, my reservoir tank was at the cold fill line where I filled it at the day prior.
