Default Blower Motor Resistor

ok so i opened up dash to find resister and not sure what is what i know its going to look diffent but mine looks broke so i dont even have a base line on what to look for
kinda a cir board but looks like its broke and when online new ones dont even look close here is a new one but dont look like mine

if anyone can find a oem pic of one to see if thats what i got i know it dont look like he new ones

that is the right blower motor resister for your truck. my friend works at o'reilly auto parts and i asked him to look that up. they have about 5 different brands and all look like that and it's an oe replacement

I found my broken part and it still don't look like the same one I have a pic of it and a part number so I can match them

I replaced mine this week with the one in the link in the first post.

I found a youtube vid showing the change and the narrator says they changed it because the original was junk. So, I think the one in the link is the new version.

It's not that hard to change, but the connector on the two wire clip is a pain to release.

It really doesn't matter what it looks like except that it needs to have the same plug.
