Default Blower motor speed
1997 chevy pick up Blower motor blows on all speeds bit high put in new blower motor switch and another blower motor control panel can any one help me

Hard to help when you don't state what you're working on.

Generally, high speed is a totally different circuit using a relay to apply full system voltage to the motor.
