Default Cam And Lifters

i am lookin at new parts and price ranges for rebuilding my 89 chev 1500 with a 350 tbi, and im not sure if i can use my old lifters with a new cam or new lifters with a old cam.. can anybody help??

You can use old roller lifters on a new cam, or new roller lifters on an old cam. On a flat tappet cam, no to either. Do that and you're risking wiping the cam lobes and/or trashing the bottoms of the lifters.
