Cargo Hooks/Tie downs
Just bought a 2003 silverado longbed with bed liner. But I want to cut it out so the cargo hooks can be used, assuming they are under the liner. Where are they located, top or bottom of each corner? Can't find a picture anywhere in the on-line manual. Thanks.
