Clock Doesn't Keep Correct Time

I keep needing to correct the time on my clock about every two days....It either loses time or gains time.....BIG TIME !!!!
Do I need new clock or is this something that can be tweaked to work?

What year is your truck? Is it the stock radio? As much information as you can provide the better.

It;s a stock radio for 2003 Silverado 1500 work truck
