I have a Silverado 2006 Crew Cab 5.3l 4x4 and the check engine light is on. the scanner says P307, so i changed the spark plugs, the wires, checked the coils, checked the fuel pump pressure, got the injectors cleansed, then erased the code but i appeared again. any ideas?

Are you sure the coils and injectors are okay? You may want to consider taking it in for a quick inspection. A certified technician should be able to offer a more accurate diagnosis after a physical inspection.
