Default Which Cold Air intake AFE stage 2 Dry or K&N

which one should i get people...iv seen alot say afe just wanna make a thread about it myself...
drive a silverado 1500 lt 5.3

Any intake will work...all do the same thing. I'd just buy a drop in filter and the airaid MIT kir

I removed the air box between the air filter housing and the tbi ,and installed a house dryer aluminum hose for $15 bucks ,it might slightly hesitate at times but with that done and a ZERO toe in front end alaignment I gained 1 1/2 mile per gallon .

Default Afe

thanks for tht input country but i believe theres differences in most of em like spectre k&n afe nd banks ..banks is by far the best but also by the far the most expensive.....And monkey tht sounds like itll catch something on fire
but i replied to say i bought the afe stage 2 and waiting on it to get here

If you believe theres a difference then buy a 300 dollar system, try it out, then go back to the stock intake, MIT tube, and K&N filter. Tell me if theres a difference. I had the 300 dollar volant system with the drop down tube and everything, switched back to my stock system while usin the volant tube, dropped in a K&N filter and got 1.5 mpg better and a better pull from 40-60

Default Air intake

The $15 dollar tube is aluminum,the factory is plastic and rubber,I also used the fram filter.
