Default fuel problems

sorry if this is in the wrong thread im new to this and kinda confused lol, but heres my problem. I own a 94 chevy 1500 with the v6 4.3. i currently added a new RCI aluminum fuel cell and was recommended the blue holley fuel pump. So after finally getting it all hooked up i got her fired up but she wouldnt idle worth a flip it kept dying. So i figured it was prolly cause it had been sitting a while (1-2 months) so i took it out and as soon as you take off it bogs down real bad when you give it gas. The only way i can get it going good is slowly accelerating. Once it gets up to about 65-70 its fine but other than that it still bogs really bad. Any ideas what it could be? i just filled it up and added Lucas fuel additive to it thinking it would do the trick but after 2 days of constant driving its still doing the same thing. any information helps THANKS!

First step is to check your fuel pressure.
