Default gearing

recently found a 1990 chevy, 350, 5spd manual, 6in suspension lift..3 in body lift, with 38x15.5x15 Nitto mud grapplers on it...it has the stock 3.73 gears...im wondering what would be the proper gearing for a truck like this..to make it more road friendly..because if i get this..i'd use it as my huntin rig/mud toy/truck to pull stuff with..lol thanks alot

Default RE: gearing

I would get eithier 456 or 488 gears. I would probably recommend going with Precision Gear over Genuine Gear. You will really notice a huge difference in acceleration and a little better on gas. Also make sure you program the truck if it doesnt have a programmer then update it after you get the gears installed for maximum performance.
