Default Good chip/parts to improve mpg

Hey guys, I have a stock 2012 1500 silverado other than a level kit, and I was wondering if there is a good performance/economy chip I could put in my truck. If not do you know of a good part I could upgrade to make me get some better MPG?
Thanks in advance!

If one exsisted I'd think you would see it advertised quite heavily.

Chips/programmers/tuners, no don't waste money. Custom tunes via blackbear or Wheatley, get one for sure. Usually a 2 mpg increase and a lot more power

I've been reading and told by a few mechanics that are big in the aftermarket world that a Cold air intake, throttle body spacer and a good high flow exhuast will help out a big. I found i am gettin bout 25 to 30 extra MPG per tank full to empty now that i've put that on my truck.

Throttle body spacer is a good paperweight. That's about all. Stock intakes work the same as a cold air intake. Only restriction is the tube, replace the stock tube with a airaid MIT tube and you have a cold air intake. High flow exhaust is vague because you don't need to spend 700-900 on a catback full exhaust. Just cut stock muffler and put one on of your choice and either dump or run tips out the back. Take it you spent 250-300 on cold air intake, 100 on throttle body spacer, and round 300 for exhaust? I put 250 into a tune and get 30-40 extra miles per tank and about 30 more HP and Torque numbers. Put headers on that and it bumps it up another 15-20 hp/torque
