Default Grinding and rubbing while turning to decline or slanted surface

This is driving me crazy because I've spent thousands on trying to find a solution. I've replaced my ball joints, hub bearings, driver side cv axle, and other things that I don't think are related to the problem. But I still have this grinding noise as I turn on to a declined surface and I can actually feel my truck slowing down. I don't think it happens on an incline. I've googled a solution forever but nobody seems to have the same problem. So I just joined this forum in hope that someone can help me find an answer before I spend any more money.

Hey Allan I'm just trying to find out what the noise is. I guess I don't really understand your question.

in2pro. It's an 08 silverado 1500. And I live in Hawaii so it doesn't get very cold, even in the winter the lowest temp is 60.

Wow that must be nice... 60 degree evenings...its 25 degrees this morning here in central Texas...
Might want to check the brake calipers and bolts, the calipers need to slide some what easily on the pins...

Yes I had one replaced a few months back so I assumed that couldn't be it but recently I saw grease splattered all over my wheel well. Got them both replaced and that seemed to fix it
