i have a 2005 chevy 1500 4x4 5 speed stick 4.3liter vortec first had lose of power then it just wont run changed all electrical just changed the fuel DAMPER not a fuel regulator theres no vac line i put the upper intake back on try and fire it up and the engine locks up pull the plugs out the cyclinders are full of gas take the upper intake off the damper is laying on the intake it has popped out 3 time im pretty sure im installing it correctly can any one help me out? the part numbers on the original are 25342745 damper 3514how but the new damper has 25342745 damper 3392atz ???

i have a 2005 chevy 1500 4.8l and when im at a stop and punch the gas it hardly does anything but when i let off the throttle half way it goes like normal. and when power breaking the rpms wont go above 1500. i dont know if these are related but do you have any idea of what it might be?
