Hi. I just joined this forum after seeing that Kelly Blue Book does not go back to 1988. Can someone advise me as to what my dad's truck is worth and what it should sell for? I am helping him sell his 1988 Silverado 3500 with 64k original miles, and a brand new transmission (w/50K warranty) put in at 60K. The truck has a 454 V8 and is fully loaded. Also has a Trailer King Pin, Model UHS-85-7. He bought this truck new and pulled a 5th wheel with it, a couple times a year, but is too old to drive now. The truck has a bed liner, and is in great condition (has been garaged) but has a couple of dents on the top sides of the bed, where my dad didn't attach the 5th wheel properly so it put a dent on each side. Any advice would be appreciated!
