Default help with vin codes on sticker in glove box

how and where can i decode the codes on the glove box sticker? there is 18 codes plus bottom BC/cc U 9792 122

VIN numbers are 17 digits, a combination of numbers and letters. The breakdown depends on the year of the vehicle.
