Default Interesting Blower Mtr Issue

Hey Guys,

New to the Forum, and hate to start off with problems but Im sure most do. Have a 2003 Silverado 1500, 5.3. I had a parasitic draw tracked it down to the blower motor resistor. Today I installed new resistor, draw was gone blower working fine... tonight on my way into work, No blower! New resistor was redesign and required splicing in new harness so went there first, all connections good. Just as curiosity I pulled and replaced blower fuse with truck running and the blower took off. Killed and restarted the truck a couple of times seems to still be working fine, but I dont like unsolved riddles. Any Ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance
Murph
