Default Monroe Sensa-Tracs, Load Adjusting?

Has anyone tried these? Do they actually help keep the truck level when it's loaded up? Or would it be more beneficial to just get helper springs? I will be pulling a 32' camper in a couple weeks, and don't want my *** end to be dragging. Other than this pull, I usually don't have my truck loaded up too much, but thought if these actually work that they'd be good to have.

They worked for me, but I didn't have anything real heavy for a trailer at the time. They did give me a bit stiffer ride in the rear with no load.
