Mounting factory fog lights?

Mounting factory fog lights?
I bought a set of fog lights off ebay for my truck, but there are not mounting bolts, can you tell me what I need to bolt them up? My truck is a 2005 Silverado LS Crew cab. It didn't come with factory lights.
