Question New Wheels

Im looking to put new wheels on my 2010 Chevy Silverado Z71, Im going to stay with the stock size 18's but Im having a hard time figuring out what offset to go with? 18mm or -12mm. Anyone have any thoughts?

I'd personally go 18x9 -12 and a 285/65/18. 33x11.5 or so, would give your truck an aggressive stance if the tires poke out a tad
