Looks to me like the alternator is setting further back toward the engine. Has it been replaced?

Since i can't rotate the image, look straight down the alternator to the water pump, and crank pully, are they in line? In other words (what looks like to me) is the alternator pulley is further back towards the engine than the water pump pulley, and crank pulley. Also is there any play in the water pump? With it running, do you see anything not true?

I look straight down, I can see alternator was a little off, not straight line maybe 1/8" off. What your suggest to get that fix ? replaced longer bolt and add some washer plate ? Any better idea ?

Yeah you can but washers to eat up the misalignment.

what happened to cause it to jump off the first time?

I'd throw a new belt on and tighten it up a bit more, see if it holds.

Hello Friends,

Want to updated you guys. Well, the belt snapped it off. I'm going to go ahead and buy new belts maybe today or tomorrow. Will let you guys know how it going. So far now I know that alternator pully was a little off, not straight.

I'd suggest washer the alternator even with the other pulleys, BUT also make sure the alternator pulley is flat, not just the top of the pulley aligned with the others, but square also on the bottom. Washers being on the bolts behind the alternator, longer bolts if needed to "shim" the alternator to run in line with the drivetrain.
