Default problems, problems

i have a 1996 chevy 2500 extended cab, long bed that has been running fine but the service engine light has just come on. the codes that were processed out are as follows; PO157, Bank sensor 2 (PO700), P1192 (transmission control sensor) and it said "sensor circuit, low voltage". if anyone knows what any of these codes mean please help!
Thanks,
Big C

157 is right side downstream sensor (behind the cat) (why GM uses multiple sensors, O2, crank ect. is for aftermarket thief sales imo) The other is transmission, any issues with the truck?
