Default Question about new rebuilt 4l60e, 3-4 Shift

I'd like some input on why I'm having this issue. I recently had my 4l60e rebuilt by a shop here in ND. I paid for the best rebuild I can, and also had it beefed up. We installed a shift kit, 2200 stall converter, and a extra clutch pack, from what I'm told. Where I'm not sure. Guy said it's basically a 4l65e. The problem is the 1-2 shift is very crisp, and so is the 2-3. But the 3-4 is softer than the rest. It doesn't slip but it doesn't put you in your seat either. The downshift is crazy crisp and fast as well, and I can feel my TC lockup at cruise. Is this normal? I don't understand why it would be so soft. It's not sliding into gear by no means but it happens without you feeling it sometimes. Any suggestions?
