Roof weight limits for Tire rack

Roof weight limits for Tire rack
Afternoon Forum,
Considering a couple of changes to my 2011 Silverado LS Ext Cab, but I can't find any reference to weight limits of what can go on the roof, w/o fear of buckling.
The changes being considered are as follows:
1) A roof mount cage/basket that can hold the spare, plus the jack.
The reason for this is:
2) Considering a Lift kit. And just think it would make for an easier install to have the spare out of the way.
Any feedback would greatly be appreciated.
