so my 02 silverado is starting to rust on the bottom of the doors, starting to bubble to. is there anything i can do or put on to slow it from rusting more?

You need to find the source. Water is probably getting in through the seal where the glass meets the door. If this is not repaired, it will continue to rust no matter what you put on it.
