Default Silverado in hot weather fuel - 90 or 97 octane-

Hello everybody!

My name is Álvaro, I'm an uruguayan living in Qatar. Recently I purchased a used Silverado 2010, 4.8L, crew cabin,
As the truck has the emblem "Flex Ethanol" and in this country there is no Ethanol I was guessing what type of fuel I need for the Silverado.
There are 2 types, 90 octanes (called Premium, us$ 0.19) and 97 (called Super, us$ 0.27/ liter).

Which of them do you recommend me to take batter care of the engine?

Thanks very much : )

Álvaro.
