Default Stripped alternator bolt

Hey guys! I am trying to take the alternator off of my 96 K2500 6.5L Turbo Diesel and the 3rd bolt on the back at the bottom is stripped. How do I get it out? There isn't even enough room to get anything other than the open end of a wrench on it. Anyone have this issue or know a way to get it off? Thanks in advance!

Vise grips clamped on really tight. Spray with penetrating oil first, then brute strength it off. Just remember to use a new bolt to reinstall.
