i got a 00 Z-71 that i replaced the fuel pressur regulater today because it was getting real hard to start. after i replaced the regulater it started perfect and ran great. then after a few hours i went out to start it and it just turned over and the vacuam line has fuel in it and it acted like it was flooded real bad its not leaking around the regulater or anything ant ideas what to check out next would be great thanks

the fpr diaphram is ruptured... sounds like you got a bad part.

Tou were right i did indeed get a bad part thank you. And it leaked a ton of fuel also And it hydrolocked the motor so i pulled all the plugs and drained the oil im gonna go after parts tomorrow i figured i would go ahead and change the plugs and wires while i was in there i was wondering whats the best plug to run any suggestions thank you

Ac delco iridium or NGK tr55. 2 best bets for these motors
