Default Suspension noise

I have an '04 2500 Silverado. When making a slow turn to the right there is a loud groan coming from the left front suspension. Any ideas what this might be? Truck drives OK.

One thing if you have replaced tires lately especially with larger tires you might check that the left front tire is not rubbing on the inner fender well.. Just a thought as it happened to my 2500HD
