Exclamation timing chain/ gear knock sensor

alright everyone i am wanting to take out the boring old timing chain and put in a set of loud timing gear's but i have searched and searched but all i find are ones that say not to be used with a knock sensor and all the mumbo jumbo so should i just wait till i get my new engine built or is there away around the knock sensor??? Thank's for all the info and help
