Default Tow Haul problems

So I'm having problems with my tow haul not working. The light DOES come on and i checked the two wires that go to the button/lever for damage and it looks fine. I even swapped out leavers with another silverado to see it that fixes the problem and it's still not working. Does anybody know of a fuse or sensor that not letting it work??

This might sound like a stupid question, but what makes you think that the tow haul is not working?

Yeah, what seems to be the issue?

All that feature does is to change the shift strategy at the PCM.

Because I don't feel the change in power when I press the tow haul button.

There is nothing wrong with your truck. You can't feel a power change because that isn't what happens.
