Default tranny acting weird

its a 2005 chevy silverado with a automatic tranny.....the problem is when i go around a turn and let off the gas the trannny seems to not stay in gear so when u hit the gas pedal it takes a second to kick back in. Almost like it looses pressure when i let off of it and regains it when i give it gas. other than that the tranny seems fine. Any ideas??

Are you sure it's the trans? I've seen problems that sound some like this but the actual problem was something like the throttle wouldn't open right or something else like that. If you can hear the transmission acting funny than that could be it, but if you're not totally sure I'd check to see if everything is working right from the gas pedal up. It may just be something like a loose cable... Much cheaper fix than anything with the tranny, too. Haha. Good luck
