Default Tranny slip

Every once in a while my transmission will slip on second gear. I can't figure out what it is. All my fluids and oils are good

If you provide a little more info on what Yr, make, model & mileage someone might be able to help you better.

When was the fluid & filter last changed?

Sorry lol. Its a 2005 z71 4x4. 130,000 on it. I just put tranny fluid in it and it happened to me again. I replaced the shift cylinoids and changed the tranny fluid a while back. It worked for a while but it started up again. It goes and comes

The tires will have an effect on the shifting...how long have thy been on there? I rea that a lot of these 4L60e's have shifting sloppiness. Most people install a vette servo and a shift kit then get a custom tune to firm it up and get rid of the lazy shiftin. I have a vette servo and a tune and it shifts perfectly

Maybe try some of that Lucas oil tranny conditioner, mine was getting a little sloppy & shifting early, it seemed to help the responce when shifting. Got to drain a quart out and pour the quart of treatment in. Does your tranny pan have a drain plug? mine does, it lets a few quarts out so when you drop the pan it doesnt spill when you break the seal.

It seems like a solenoid if its slipping when shifting from 1st to 2nd. Maybe a conditioner would help lubricate it, or maybe it needs to be replaced, that I dont know.
