Default Trick for getting a stuck brake rotor off

I have a 04 Sierra 1500 pick-up, had to do a front brake job, no matter how big of a hammer and how hard I hit it it would not come loose, tried a ton of heat and no help, then I found this idea:

Take caliber carrier off along with the caliber, and insert a 1/2" bolt through one of the holes, put a nut on the other side with the end of the bolt against the rotor. Tighten nut so it expands and puts pressure against the rotor and give it a couple good hits with a BFH. (big ____ing hammer), then loosen and rotate rotor and repeat, this worked in about 10 minutes. I spent 2 hours screwing with heat and hitting.

NEVER SIEZE the studs/shafts and the inner ring of the drum/rotor when you put the drum/rotor back on, ran into this problem a few yrs back and havent since i used never sieze on those parts.. that stuff works miracles !!!! hope this helps in yrs to come..
