trick question
Ok been looking around and going to do a ram air thing
If I cut a hole in box for cold air intake and then a new one for ram air will one cancel the other?
Thinking more air the better !!! might set up with a slider plate for water ram going next to radiator

You won't have to cut a hole in the box for a cold air intake. Just use stock box and change the tube(airaid MIT tube). Drill a 3" hole in the bottom of the box/backin plate and run your tube. That won't cancel anything out but the stock entry point for air to come in brings in more than enough air so ram air isn't really needed

What were you going to do with the hole for "cold air"?? If that is open to the engine compartment it is NOT cold air. A ram tube from next to the radiator will only be "ram" when road speed air pressure "exceeds the need". However, it will be outside air which is always cooler than the engine compartment. Also, using both simply defeats the ram pressure, any ram effect will just go out the other hole. And, at low speed the second hole will blend under hood air with outside air so it won't really help anything. You can just do cold air by picking air up thru the inner fender or ??
