Post 1999 chevy will turn over but wont start. Hasnt started in two months.

I have a 1999 Chevy silverado 5.3l z-71. my truck will turn over but wont start. i have recently cleaned throttle body, replaced crankshaft position sensor, replaced fuel filter, replaced fuel press. regulator, cleaned injectors, and replaced fuel pump. Also when i spray starting fluid in, it will start then when i give it gas it dies. Another note the spark plugs and wires were replaced at the beginning of the year and truck does have plenty of gas in the tank. Any help with my problem would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Sounds like you have a blocked fuel line to me. If you remove the fuel line and crank it, does gas come out? Since you replaced the FPR and the fuel pump already, you could rule them both out, but I've seen bad ones off the shelf. What about a fuel pump relay? I'm new to Chevy's but am pretty sure you should have one somewhere on that vehicle.

The silverado has a security feature that shuts off fuel when it detects the wrong key or tampering with the ignition switch. Might be a good place to start looking, I'll look in my GM service manual and post what I find.

This is from the owners manual and has to do with the fuel security system, will post what my service manuals say about problem and how to fix later.
Passlock

Your vehicle is equipped with the Passlock
theft
-deterrent system.
Passlock is a passive theft
-deterrent system. Passlock
enables fuel if the ignition lock cylinder is turned with a
valid key. If a correct key is not used or the ignition lock
cylinder is tampered with, fuel is disabled.
If the engine stalls and the SECURITY message flashes,
wait until the light stops flashing before trying to restart
the engine. Remember to release the key from START
as soon as the engine starts.
If the engine is running and the SECURITY message
comes on, you will be able to restart the engine if you turn
the engine off. However, your Passlock system is not
working properly and must be serviced by your dealer.
Your vehicle is not protected by Passlock at this time.
You may also want to check the fuse (see “Fuses and
Circuit Breakers” in the Index). See your dealer

for service.
