Vibration on the drivers side when I slow down???

I'm getting a vibration on the drivers side of the truck when I slow down. Kind of sounds like a phone vibrating on the edge of a table. Any ideas on what it could be???

Do you feel it in brake pedal or in steering wheel?

Mostly the brake pedal but also sometimes when steering and very often when I back up
