Default What Are The Best Seat Covers???

I have a 2009 1500 Crew Cab and would like to get a set of good seat covers. I would like camo covers. Does anyone have some input on what kind to get? Or certain brands to stay away from? Thanks!!!

@ Country_09

I got my seat covers at my local oreiley's, but mossy oak makes some durable and comfortable seat covers, you can practically get at any store ex: meijer, walmart, etc.

good luck, I love mine!

He said good seat covers, the ones from o riellys in my truck dont fit well and have ripped already in 3 months. I'm savin for covers that fit well and are durable and have read a lot of these wet okoles and they seem to be the best of the best, with a price tag of course

Good seat covers are the function of fabric and design. Look for fabrics that are high in nylon for instance and cotton would be bad. Also pleated designs have the advantage of having more give to take stress off seams, but if they use a clear thread to make the pleat stay away the thread is pure nylon and too strong which causes the seam to rip. Seat covers are not the sole determinate of how well they will wear it is also a function of seat design, a stiffer seat will offer more support to a seat cover. Older foam seats will tend to sag more and create stress on the cover.

Nothing is simple is it? And as always you get what you pay for. It is also possible to go to custom shops and get the old cover repaired, this isn't cheap but you may find you end up with a rebuilt seat and nice insert job that lasts a long time.

Wife got me these for Christmas for the back seat for all the dog hair. Fit awesome! They are not Camo, but the fit is excellent.
