What brand of thermostat is best?
I'm just looking for a solid OEM replacement thermostat for my 2009 silverado work truck. V6.
I bought a Fail Safe brand thermostat but the reviews on the internet were all bad. I want something that will last forever. What should I buy? Is there a solid website out there that sells quality OEM or better than OEM replacement parts for general maintenance?

Welcome to the forum...
I don't think there is such an item as a "forever" thermostat. I would go with the OEM and check to see if they have a heavy duty version of it, but be sure to stay with the correct temp range...
the original should be good for 100k or 5 yrs, tops, you looking at replacing it 2 more times most likely...
