Will a S10 Blazer 4x4 4L60E work in a 1993 K1500 truck w/ 5.7L & 4L60E
Hello,
I have a 1993 K1500 4x4 (4wd) truck with a 5.7 liter engine and a bad 4L60E transmission.
I have at a salvage yard a big selection to Chevy S10 Blazers, 4x4 (4wd), 4.3 liter engines alvailable.
Will the 4wd s10 blazer tranny work as a donor for the K1500 4wd truck?
If so, can I also use the torque converter out of the donor 4wd s10 blazer?
I have read elsewhere that you can use a v6 torque coverter on a v8 but not the other way around.
