Exclamation MAP Sensor

I would like to ask the dealership if a MAP sensor can be cleaned and if it can be cleaned what should I use to clean it. I don't have the money to replace it right now but my car is acting all kinds of crazy and I need it fixed. I mechanically inclined enough to do it i just need to know if i can do it without messing up anything on my car. It's a 2003 Chevy Cavalier

Andrew, I did get confirmation(from Mech) on cleaning the map sensor. But let me WARN YOU YOU HAVE TO BE EXTREMELY CAREFUL. He said not to use chemicals, only 10 psi of compressed air. This is kind of a Crap shoot because they do go bad and no matter what you do it won't help.
