Default whats a good cheap way to lower the rear of my 2002 chevy truck?

i want to drop the back of the truck to level it with the front.is there something i need to buy?can someone plz point me in the right direction.

bonus question...
i have some 24 inch rims (there 305/35r/24) and im going to be putting them on as well.
will the rims bolt right up or will i have to by spacers or modify any thing?

my main concern is that they will be rubbing in the front

use blocks. for bonus question, it all depends on the backspace of the wheel and how low you go.
