Default 03 surburban 2500 electrical issues

I have multiple issues, 1. speedo sticks wont come back to zero until I start car each time drops about 10 mph, maybe a stepper motor? 2. last night with cruise control on, all of a sudden doors locked, check engine light flashed on abs and brake light came on message displayed check brake system, engine lost power when it happened and displays such as avg mpg dropped like in half, stopped car turned off went away for a little while seemed like accelerating up hill or hitting a bump caused it. This happened multiple times in 2 hrs on drive home, cruise control also quit working. 3. driver seat when I go to adjust it when I press back it goes forward, forward goes back, and will not go back all the way. If anyone has any suggestions to any of these would be greatly appreciated.

There are SEVERAL grounds that the electrical system counts on to stabilize. At 11 years old, you may should find/clean-wire brush/retighten them. This has proven to resolve many electrical problems in the past.
