Default 1996 Chevy suburban 5.7L miss fire...(good spark)

Hello everybody, this is my first post here. I just purchased a 96 Chevy Suburban 4x4. She has 206K Miles. there is a missing in the engine and the scanner told us that its a miss file in cylinder 1. Well I had the wires, spark plugs, cap rotor.. changed but the miss is still there. What else should i check for. The cylinder 1 has good compression as checked by my mechanic.

Thanks in advance for any advice....

Default mine is a 2002 model, but

when I was tossing a misfire code, the problem was a bad fuel injector. Good luck.
