Default 2001 suburban driver side floor wet

Hello
I have just had this suburban for 3 weeks now I have found yesterday that the driver side floor board is wet no clue where the water is coming from. I did get it washed the other day but I never saw any water come in.

Welcome to the forum,
The water could have come in from the car wash or be coming from the AC drain. Check under the vehicle on the passenger side and see if anything is blocking the AC drain tube, may want to poke up in it with a stiff wire...
if that is not it try flushing the windshield with water while someone is in side and see if any water is getting in....
