Default 2007 Suburban HVAC problem

Purchased a new climate control module for 2007-2011 dual zone model with rear control. After about 1-hour of running, all the ducts shut off blocking the air output and I can not control where the air comes out. Also makes a lot of wind noise as if you have the air on recirculate. After the car sits idle for a while, all is normal again. Rear control still functions through all this but the foot-roof control is backwards. i.e., if you select foot outlet, the air comes out of the roof.

I have tried (2) control modules with the same results. I have tried the teach routine of pulling the fuses and turning the ignition key on but no change and I get no indication that any computer learning happened.

HELP!!!
