Default 2005 Suburban P0178 code but iys not a flex fuel vehicle

My 2005 suburban has an engine light due to error codes P0178 and P0179. The trouble is that all the information I can find states this is for a fuel composition sensor on flex fuel vehicles - but my vehicle is not flex fuel? I also learned they were installed only on 2000-2002 vehicles while mine is a 2005. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Thanks

Welcome to the forum.

My wife's 2004 has the L59 Flex Fuel option. Might check your list. I think it's in the glovebox. Or you can go here.
