Default 2005 tahoe radiator drain valve.

New to Tahoe. Can't find drain valve on radiator, Looks like some type of protrusion on Drivers side at the bottom but it sure doesn't seem like a drain valve. I'm used to a petcock on the bottom that you just twist and the fluid drains out. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks Tom
