2005LT Suburban Blower Motor Resistor Problem
Good morning all.
I HAD a simple problem that has turned bad all of a sudden....
I was fixing a blower motor resistor that had gone bad. Went to the parts store to find out the resistor had been changed and some re-wiring had to be done. No problem...
Wellllll...
Without thinking I went in and clipped all three wires at once and realized by sound and visual spark that I had created a dead short somewhere in the system, hopefully protected by a blown fuse somewhere.
When I got the resistor rewired and back in, I went to turn the key to the on position, the CD changer was moving, there was no readout on the HVAC system, and the truck will not turn over. There is an orange car silhouette in the display area lit up. The starter will not even click.
Any ideas what fuse I may have blown? I looked quickly and the fuse block under the hood and to the left of the gage package but I cannot seen anything that is blown.
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks
