Default 2007 Suburban - How to remove plastic "Vortec" intake shroud?

Hey all,

I'm preparing for a throttle body swap once the part comes in and after looking at the top of the engine, I'm curious as to the proper way to lift off the plastic intake shrould? - the one with "Vortec" on it.

This design does not have any visible screws or plastic plates so I imagine it should pop off of some stud or something? I need to do this carefully, with current temps near zero, I don't want to break any plastic.

It's pretty much a clean and jerk. The bottom of the cover has several posts that go into rubber grommets. It's just held in by friction.
